Refund Policy

The short version: If a guide does not help you, email us within 30 days and we refund every cent. You keep the guide either way. No forms, no hoops.
The 30-day, keep-it promise
Buy any guide, use it, and if it does not change how you shop for a rig, tell us within 30 days of your purchase. We will refund your full payment. You do not have to send anything back, and you can keep the guide. We would rather have your trust than your $8.99.
How to ask
- Email hello@rvguide.store from the address you bought with.
- Say you would like a refund. You do not need to explain why, though we always read the reason so we can do better.
- We process it back to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.

The Walk-Away Checklist costs nothing and always will. This policy is only about the paid guides.
